INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ pounds Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon Farmhand Organics Sriracha
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 lime, juiced

Clean, trim and cut brussel sprouts in half. Toss with olive oil and salt and pop into an oven preheated to 400 degrees. Let them roast for 35-40 minutes.

Meanwhile, whisk together the honey, lime juice and sriracha. Drizzle the honey-sriracha mixture over the roasted brussel sprouts in a large bowl.

Serve immediately. Devour immediately.
