We splurged a little for the Superbowl. Enjoy these dips and dippable kraut balls!

Kraut Balls

1 lb. bratwurst
1 cup diced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. garlic powder (or 2 cloves diced garlic)
1 cup Farmhand Organics Organic Simply Kraut
8 oz. cream cheese
3 egg
1 cup flour
1 cup bread crumbs
Oil for frying

Pickled Pepper Dip

1 entire jar of hot or medium Farmhand Organics Organic Pickled Peppers
16 oz. cream cheese
chopped chives to garnish
bacon to garnish

Chile Rojo Dip

1 entire jar of Farmhand Organics Organic Chile Rojo hot sauce
16 oz. cream cheese
chopped chives to garnish

Chile Verde Dip

1 entire jar of Farmhand Organics Organic Chile Verde hot sauce
16 oz. cream cheese
chopped chives to garnish
